Potential
Peak Potential was designed
for managers who have completed Foundations of Leadership

of strengths and developmental needs.
Quantum Leadership
Quantum Leadership was developed for senior executives
who have significant leadership responsibility within
their organization. This program is highly personalized
and offers benchmarking assessments for executives
to compare themselves to peers and organizational
performance expectations. It also explores the long-range
impact of the executive’s leadership style
and identifies crucial needs for progression or
succession.
Building
Emotional Intelligence
Hundreds of studies have shown the direct correlation
between strong emotional intelligence and resonant
leadership capabilities. The Building Emotional
Intelligence program assesses emotional intelligence
levels and provides specific programs for continued
growth and development.
Management
Styles and Compatibility
It is essential that executives
understand the relationship between their management
style and its impact on performance, productivity
and profits. The Management Styles and Compatibility
program is designed to increase awareness of different
managerial styles and offers instruction on how
to best interrelate with each. Executives will identify
their managerial styles and their effectiveness
in certain situations. By learning how to use the
most effective style for a particular situation,
an executive can improve communication, motivation,
performance and morale.
